Born and raised in Helena, Alabama, Daniel N. Milton graduated from Auburn University before deciding to attend law school at Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. During his time in law school, he was active in both student government and trial advocacy programs. Daniel spent two years competing with Cumberland’s renowned and nationally ranked Peterson National Trial Team, attending competitions throughout the country. He was elected to the Order of the Barristers by the faculty and received several trial advocacy scholarships.
Since graduating in 2010 and receiving his license to practice law in the state of Alabama, Daniel has focused his practice almost exclusively on personal injury claims including automobile accidents and medical malpractice as well as non-payment of overtime and minimum wage cases under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Daniel believes to successfully practice law an attorney must have patience, attentiveness and compassion for their clients.
Daniel is married to Kati Milton from Cherokee, Alabama. Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys college football, golf, hunting and is an avid reader.
