Protecting the Injured + Disabled

J. Lee Nation

Lee Nation received his B.S. in Political Science from University of Alabama in May of 2007 and his J.D. from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in May 2010. He is licensed to practice law in Alabama. Lee handles primarily Social Security disability and civil litigation cases for the firm.

Lee gains satisfaction from making efforts to help those individuals that are oppressed and outmanned by big business or the government. One such example is a case involving the blasting of explosives by a mining company resulting in damage to nearby residents’ homes and property. Lee was also a member of the trial counsel for an Alien Tort Claims Act of 1789 and Torture Victim Protection Act case. He has also helped a number of clients in matters involving domestic relations.

Lee’s father is a retired circuit court judge of Walker County, Alabama and now practices as an attorney in Jasper, AL. His brother is also an attorney in Jasper, AL and his wife is an attorney in Huntsville, AL. You might say he’s in the “family business.”

Outside of work, Lee enjoys attending University of Alabama football and basketball games, as well as hunting and playing golf. He is also a member of the Community Outreach Committee for the Church of the Nativity, Episcopal, in Huntsville, working to distribute charitable funds for missions, agencies and projects on behalf of the Church.
